Within future expansion plans, the HIC (Home Italian Center) assumes considerable importance, recently approved at regional and municipal levels in accordance with the rules on commercial trade. This innovative initiative for the home sector and beyond, is intended to promote economic recovery and development of other sectors (wood-furniture, home accessories, fabrics, etc.) of industrial and artisan nature, seeking new forms of direct contact between production and the customer.
The HIC is totally integrated within the shopping center, unlike other businesses at a national and international level which are rather isolated, HIC may benefit from a very significant number of visitors (more than 6 million / year) and an already tested and efficient capability to promote and communicate. The center with a total area of 30,000 m² will be able to accommodate both important players production sector with areas over 5,000 m², and small-scale cooperative/artisan initiatives with more modest dimensions of about100/300 m².
