The Ethics and Economics Association was founded in 2001 by the renown World Movement School of Ethics and Economics.
The Association has various aims, the main being the promotion of economic development projects both in Italy and abroad.

The Association is open to entrepreneurs, professionals, academics and all those who want to combine ethics, economics and solidarity in everyday actions.

In 2006 the Association, in collaboration with the Christian Union of Business Executives of Udine and the Crup Foundation, created a conference entitled "Ethics and Economics of Happiness. The well-being to act in solidarity. "
The conference highlights how individual happiness can be achieved through the conjugation of economics, ethics and solidarity actions.

Another important initiative of the Ethics and Economics Association always together with the UCID section of Udine, is the agreement with the Faculty of Economics, University of Udine creating the university course entitled "Ethics and Economics ". Started in 2006/2007, the course includes topics such as the environment, finance, work, communication and ethical behavior and public administration. The university course is supplemented by seminars in which business owners and managers of great prestige speak to students, presenting their ethically oriented experiences.
